Informally discussed newly-proposed Code of Conduct By-Law publication/notification requirements in preparation for the November election night.

Nominating Committee: Russ Schmidt KC9NUV presented several possible candidates to fill new terms of President, Vice President, Secretary, as well as permanent replacement for a Director vacancy that is currently filled by an Appointed Director. Contact with these potential candidates is planned over the next several weeks so that a proposed Slate can be announced during the October Business Meeting.
